Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Definition of Services

Almeria Consulting S.R.L. provides tax and strategic consulting services, commercial law consulting, and feasibility studies for renewable energy projects, primarily aimed at foreign investors looking to expand their businesses in the Mediterranean region. Services are provided exclusively based on a signed contractual agreement.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of Almeria Consulting:

• To provide professional services diligently and in accordance with applicable legislation.
• To maintain the confidentiality of information received from the Client.
• To inform the Client about relevant legislative developments affecting their business.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the provision of services.
• To pay service fees according to issued invoices and contractually established deadlines.
• To respect the advice and recommendations provided only after consulting their own lawyer or accountant for final decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. Almeria Consulting does not assume liability for final business or investment decisions made by the Client. Our liability is limited to the invoiced value of the specific service that caused the potential damage. We are not liable for losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client or from unforeseen legislative changes.

4. Payment Terms and Termination

Fees are established by contract. Late payments may lead to service suspension. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, with prior notice of at least 30 days. The Client remains obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on our website. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
